hi guys

my digital clock illumination went off. Some say the bulbs needs replacement..but other said that it doesnt use bulb and it cant be fixed..which one's correct? is it difficult to replace?

Im guessing you are refering to the clock's backlight and not the digit display itself. in this case, yes there is a bulb which is easy to replace, but of course the cluster needs to come out. there is a procedure on removing the cluster posted on the forum, so do a search if you need to.

Before replacing it, wiggle the bulb a little bit to see if the light is actually burned out, or its just a bad contact. One of the backlights that illuminates the odometer wouldnt turn on on my car and after moving it, it turned on.

just the backlight..I can still see the clock..
