Where is a good write-up on here for changing pads and rotors (front)? I cannot find anything of great relevance while searching. I want to know the gotchas/tricks. Thanks.

Agree as to no rocket science on doing the brakes on these cars. Really simple. Now that I think about it the only tricky part was trying to get the pads in the caliper so that I could slide the caliper with the pads in them onto the rotor. Oh yeah, I think you have to remove the brake fluid reservoir cap so that you can use something to press the caliper piston into the caliper so that the caliper will slide onto the rotor with the pads in them. I used a C clamp.

Will - invest in the Haynes Manual for the W202. It will pay for itself many times over if you are planning to do most of the work on your car. The engine info. pertains to the 4 cylinder models but most all the other body and suspension stuff is valuable for the 6 cylinder model ownerss, too.
