it's a 1-off from jon pek's old show car:
http://home.comcast.net/~tss.hsi/wald_c230k_jon_pek.jpg
Two PWD 10" MQ Quart Subwoofers, Two Class-A soundstream rubicon 500 watt amps, one Picasso 4 channel amp used to drive the in-car speakers (pure sound quality).
I have everything but the actual nitrous bottle and bottle warmer, but the holder is still here.
Also I've got custom kick panels also color matched with acrylic custom made grilles for MQ-Quart speakers (216s) for the front.
If you're local, I would cut you a great deal. The whole set is sprayed 744 Silver, and includes hidden hyper-blue LEDs x30 for an ambient glow when the trunk is opened etc for show.
it would be better to install it in a car with the rear-folding seats, or you could visit a junk yard and at least grab the brackets as you can see the entire setup is preassure fit without screws. It would take a little fab work to get everything into a new trunk, because the entire setup was built inside of the trunk first, then dismantled, but the test fit in my car suggests this wouldn't be too hard of a task. There are also acrylic panels that the amps mount on top of with the hyper blue LEDs and custom welded steel brackets that fit inside of the spare tire well to give it that staggered step design as you see in the pic.
The subwoofer boxes are separate, and exactly to MQ Quart specs of a sealed 0.65ft cubed enclosure with the subwoofer installed, and I've packed them with fiber fill for a warm, rich musical sound.
Not to thread-jack, but it's not ever day I find someone as into sound quality, or MQ Quart as I am. Well, then there's Ray.. who has seen this system in person. :D

the kickpods are made for 6.5" component speakers, which is relative to their size. the VIP emblem that appears to be etched is actually a sticker, and it's been removed.
i agree the pioneer headunit he chose is a great sounding deck for the price range.

Excellent set up, but I'm not local to you and probably way too much money for me anyway. Plus I would like to use some trunk space. But PM me the price anyway and I'm in Tampa. I have to pay 4 grand a year in insurance alone, so it put's a huge damper on what I can spend week to week. How do those subs sound in a sealed enlosure with 500 RMS to each? Yeah Got the deck for $330 with the adapters. Just need to get back in there and do a proper install on it.

how in the world are you paying so much for car insurance?! that's absurd! these subwoofers are the cleanest, and best sound subs that i have ever owned. i'm more into clean, tight, musical bass nowadays opposed to the ground shaking slammin' bass systems i've used to sport.
i'll probably never go back to ported enclosures again. check your PM box

I'm 18 I just got my license (haven't lived with parents for awhile so haven't been able to go get it since i was 18). And I'm on my own insurance, can't be on anyone's but my own, and the Mercedes add's a little, and funny part is that that is the cheapest i could find. 1900 for 6 months is what i pay.

$330 with harness and Euro Antenna adapter. If I only paid 800 a year I would have to be dreamin. Just did some online quotes and everyone still wants at least 500 dollars over what I'm paying now to insure me. Lame.
