OK, one thing on vehicles I have never really had to deal with is side airbags. I am concerned with the vibration on the doors. The panel skins measure a flex of 3/16" & the door panels are almost a full inch from vibration.
I have no clue how the side airbags are attached on this car. Should I be worried about the connection shorting out & deploying the bags? I am going to be taking off the panels & reuplostering them, so should I just take the bags out all together? If I keep them, will the Dynamat prevent them from working properly?
I am going to a bigger system here in the near future, once we get the X3. So I want to get everything ironed out before the big dogs get put in there. I have asked a few friends already, but they always just rip out the bags because the cars they do are comp only. But I do want to be able to enjoy this car when I do decide to drive it.

Any thoughts?

I have taken my door panels off my C43 many times using this method from boominbenz. It differs a tad, nothing really. I havent had any trouble with the air bags
