Help with removing cluster!

hey

i want to purchase this

and i have read this

my question is

do i have to glue the CF '' bezel '' onto the grey plastic piece.. or do i remove the plastic piece completely and glue the '' bezel ''


and if i take out my cluster like it says in that thread, when i put it back, does it just clip right in ?

I have bought that CF piece, first of all im not all that happy about the quality of it, but oh well im not that picky, but if you are you may want to reconsider because its a part that will be in your face 24/7.

installation sounds tricky but actually really easy, when you remove the Grey plastic face the clear part does NOT come off its glued on for good, what you do is you shove that CF piece inside the Speedo hole and remove the paper back and it sticks to the front of the grey trim, the CF piece is very flexible like rubber so it doesnt snap or crack.

Im in love with that, but i have that ugly ass old grey plastic piece, im probably gonna paint it black to make it flow with the CF

i feel like my dad will kick my ass for that one.

my dad liked the CF guages and chrome rings, even though he cant ell me jack sh*t he actually wanted that on his car but they dont have it for Nissan trucks.
