If some one had this problem please help me ( running rough at idle)

Hi people.... ahh quick question my 99 c280 runs really rough at idle i mean pretty bad when cold but only at idle, when im on the gas peddle its fine but the car does feel like its lost some power. And it still runs rough at idle when up to temp but not as bad, im thinking its the EGR stuck open if anyone had this problem and fix it can you tell me what it was

change your spark plugs first.

Change your leads first then the spark plugs. Had this problem with my c240 . The engine was running silent and very smooth after the leads change

I think he is refering to ignition cables.

If he is thay call them spark plug wires unless hes from another country
