MY FAN IS SUPER NOISY

I am having a similar noise, I took it in for service and just by initial looks they said it was either the pulley or ac compressor :(.

Yes, if the fan shroud (plastic bit that encases the fan to ensure air is sucked through the radiator) is not clipped to radiator properly, can cause the fan to rub against it. The sound is like something rubbing against the spokes of a bicycle but very harshly.

Use a strong flashlight to inspect for rub marks and unclipped shroud. It can be hard to see around the lower side of the fan area.
