installation fee

hi i am probably going to buy a Kenwood KVT-617 next month (after i pay off this months credit card bill) and am wondering what a good price is to have it installed professionally. i have no idea how to install it and i am located in LA.

If it was just a head unit, I'd say do it yourself. But if you have to put a dvd player in the back and run a line and extra power, etc... Take it to a shop. But be prepared to get ripped off.
I don't know any shops in LA, much less ones I could assure you were reputable. I might know a good place in OC.
I'm in Hollywood. I'll be happy to lend a hand if you'd like to give it a try yourself.
