I recently installed a headunit/amp/subs in my 202 and I couldn't figure out how to just disconnect the bose sub. Does anybody know how to do this? Thanks.

The "Bose Subwoofer" is actually 2 small woofers on the rear shelf if this is what your referring to. I think they can be simply unplugged by disconnecting the wires from them.
If you are not going to use them and have a sub in the trunk then remove them altogether allowing more bass into the cabin.

yes there are regular speakers in the front and back doors, 2 tweeters in the dash, 2 small subs in the rear deck, i actually have three speakers for some reason, i think one is for a phone. but you can just unplug the wires on the bottom of the speakers in the deck

ya whats with these rear phone speakers in the back of the older 202s? Why would you have a phone and hear the voice coming from the back trunk?
The updated 202s have a speaker in the footwell.

thank you, that explains a lot. I believe there is an amp also that sits in the trunk underneath the rear deck. can i also remove that to give more room to my sub box...its cm's away from touching the box

if you remove the amp the bose stereo wont work because it is connected through out the system. and yes it is in the left side of the trunk behind the carpet panel
