Fitting rear headrests to a W202

My car didn't come stock with rear headrests and so I'm considering this as a mod, however I've been told I might need to change the central locking pump to accommodate the dropping of the headrests.

Advice please guys

I honestly don't want to know how expensive it would be to do that....you need to have to switch at the front, a new rear deck...

On a positive note, there should be plenty of totaled 202's with them laying around that you could part out.
