hey, i dont know who else has done or wants to do this
but i want by rear turn signals to be super white instead of amber

I had a small light and just put it where the amber bulb usually goes to see how it would look and i want it !!

so my question is if anyone can find me the bulb i need and/or can give me the exact link to purchase it. i would appreciate it

thanks !

here is a pic of the light i used to show the color i want

thanks !

You probably use LED bulbs or get those Blue coated signal lights. like PIAA or something.

alright, but i dont want any blue to it.. tho it looks blueish in the pics its pure white like 6000k color

i just got my turn signals today and they're white and bright as hell. only problem is that they bink fast. i have to put load resistors. But the resistors get hot..i don't know if i should just keep it blinking fast or put the resistors in.

for the back it's 7507. i actually just ran out to my car and checked it out..and it turns out that it's just the back ones that makes it blink fast. my 1157s blink normally until i put the 7507 in. i would need 2 resistors for the back so it would blink normally. so i just put in the amber bulbs again. i couldn't stand the fast blinking. plus the fast blinking attracts cops. i dont know about you but i don't care for cops tailing my ass

no you misunderstood. If you put the 7507 in then that makes both sides blink fast. The relay works in pairs. the left and right side. if you have a light out on right side then the right side will blink fast. if a light is out on the left then the left blinks fast. if you just change the led fronts then your car blinks like normal. but if you change the back then it will blink fast

so no matter what led bulb you put in the back it will blink fast?

bish0p

that is correct. it will make the front blink fast also.

i have a feeling using bulbs that "blink fast" will put the bulb out indicator on your dash. It may even melt some wiring. Make sure its the correct wattage.

yeah it will say that your lights are out. The blinking fast indicates that one of your lights are out. And no, it shouldnt melt your wiring because the reason it's blinking fast is because the bulb draws such a low wattage that the car thinks there isn't a bulb there. That's why your lights out indicator goes on and it blinks fast. i just found out that it doesnt matter if i use the front leds or the rear ones, they both make my lights blink fast.

you might want to double check your car. but for the front turn signals i have 1157 bulbs. and the rears are 7507 bulbs.

i got all my bulbs from the same seller on ebay from the previous link.

I just bought these and I love them!

They light up much brighter than traditional bulbs; however, I have the bulb indicator light on and they blink fast . Does anyone know what Watt resistors I could use to alleviate this problem? And how I should connect them?

my idea:
measure the resistance of the origional bulb, measure the resistance of the new bulb, get like a 10W resistor to make up for the rest of the ohm's missing..
