The previous filter showed "in" and "out" on each of its sides, but the new one I just purchased only has an arrow pointing upwards... Should I install it with the arrow pointing at the fuel pump or pointing at a line going to the top of the fuel tank?
I just put it with the arrow pointing at the single rubber line that turns into metal and dissapears going on top of the fuel tank, is that ok?

Thanks in advance.

The arrow indicates the fuel flow. It should point to the engine. In other words, I think you put it in backwards.

I did hahaha. I just matched the way the old filter's shape pointed and turns out the new one is inverted. Fortunately I called a friend and he cleared it out for me.
