I know this subject may have been brought up at one point. But just thought I ask if I may, what is the preferred stance of your 202's?
An even or raked look. I currently have a 2 finger gap on my fronts and one finger on the rears which makes it an even stance, but have notice quite a few 202's on this forum with the rake look and possibly doing the same. The rake look is starting to be more to my liking now.
any thoughts?....TIA

To add to my original post, my question I pose, what is the general consensus? Raked or even lowering ?

Even. Raked is ugly and your not running slicks.

even actually gives a VERY slightly raked look.

alliroz...may I ask what pads are you using for front/rear as I am ineterested in lowering my car soon (eibach springs) - wanting to achieve an equal stance as well.

Have a 99 c280 sport , I do not know what my pads up front are , but I am guessing that it is # 4.( based on what other members have found with the same year and model car) I did however change the rear pads from 1(stock) to 4 to achieve the height I have now. I am using H&R springs. I am contemplating changing my front pads to # 2 with hopes of getting a 1 finger gap all around and a ever so slightly raked look.

Main reason I am asking members what is their preferred lowering stance?

Which brings to mind and now am starting to wonder, If I do have #4 pads up front and change to #2 ,will this raised the rears in return ? Anyone please.

DEFINATELY EVEN!!! The car already has a naturally raked look in body design...take a look at that line that runs along the side of the car, the line sits about 2 cm above the front wheel arch. by the time it reaches the back of the car, its about 20cm above the rear wheel arch! I think it looks perfect like this...Any more raking and it will look like a dragster
