Where do you find the blower resistor?

My climate fan doesn't turn on any setting anymore for some reason. Checked the fuses and everything is fine. I have a 99 komp. Please help my wife needs the air.

weird my climate fan turned on for like a minute when i turn on my car today. It then turn off. has anybody run into this before.

Driving yesterday the fan turned on and stayed on all day. But today in the morning it wont turn on. Some thing is stopping it from running. I dont think is the switch cause i changing to all fan speed while it was working. what the hell?
