As of now, my W202 is running a complete stock suspension with many parts changed or should I say, renewed. I only have 60 or so k miles. I feel as if this suspension is falling apart or is just loose yet tight at the same time.

Its hard to explain but the ride im not crazy about. When you hit your average small pothole it BANGS!

Now, I have the stock 15" wheels with stock ride height. What can I do (on a small budget) to make the ride smoother, less "bangy" ?

Have you investigated the control arm bushings?
You said many parts renewed... perhaps you could elaborate.

Have you checked your shocks?

LCA bushings were just done. Schocks are next...would that be the big cause?

you dont have too much pressure in your tyres do you? just make sure their not TOO heavily inflated as this will really stiffen the bangs up

don't forget tie rod ends, shocks will do wonders, and you should be good to go after that.

I would firstly recommend shox (so you might as well upgrade them while you have the chance).

But before you do anything, i'd recommend that you go to a suspension shop where they put your front wheels on this hydraulic mechanism which bounces the front of your car while you're under it (it's free where i live), so that you can see what's making the noise, becase suspension noises can be very deceptive. That's how we found out my friend's w126 upper control arm bush was gone (it takes all the guess work out)

Well the shocks were done today and yes that put a stop to all the suspension flaws! What a ride god damn....on the highway its like a smooooth jet. :D
