Does anyone happen to know if the facelift trunk (with the body line on it) will fit a 94 w202?

Also wondering if the sideskirts and rear lip will fit...

i think it will
i have the preupdated trunk lid on my updated car. it closes flush.

Would i have to mod it or can i just pull of the mechanism from the old trunk and install it on the new one?

the sideskirts, and trunk will fit, but i'm not certain about the trunk lock. if anything, you would probably have to retro fit your old one into the new cylinder like you just asked.

the bumpers are not plug 'n play for swapping the separated panels. you would either have to swap the entire bumper out, or buy add-on pieces for your old bumpers (like the reiger and brabus pieces).
