CLK seats

I found a Euro wrecking yard in my area who recently acquired a 00 CLK. They're selling the parts for pretty cheap. I was wondering if the front seats would fit in our cars with moderate mods or if it would just be a big mistake to buy the seats in the first place. Any input is apreciated...thanks
