If you mean the one in the back seat and you dont have a skiport you need to take the rear seat out - 3 clips under the front edge of the base of the cushion u sit on....pull them then lift the base off....then 3 bolts @ bottom of back rest (where the bottom cushion was covering) undo them and then you need to pull the back rest UP and this can be awkward to do but it does come off, it is held on my metal tabs that are slid into a slot so just keep pulling up....

then you can feed wires through metal behind back seat into trunk

thanks man, i have one more question how do i get the bottom part of back seat (what you sit on) to snap back in after i had to push levers in to release it. wont seem to click in when i push it

Just get the back seat bottom in roughly the right place, then sit on it and riggle around. It should clip in.
