Just Installed Lowering Springs

looks really good, hows it ride?, did you get different shocks? and finally what did you do to install it, was it hard,

Well I feel the ride is a just a bit stiffer then stock. Currently the stock shocks are still in.. Ive been waiting for the aftermarket shorter shocks to arrive. The install was very basic and easy. I I really like Mercedes enginering, this is the first Mercedes I have worked on. The front took about 1.5 hrs to do , and the rear was about 1 hr.

I wil try to get my how to up later tonight.. Im waiting on a few photos from my buddys cam.

Why does the back look really low? You should change your pads.. lower the front raise the back..

yup it would be ssm.. look at the sig of my posts on here and you can see my truck on ssm... The rear does look a little lower then the front.. but now that I have driven on the spings for a dew days, they have broken in more, and the car has lowered more. I will post a few pics tomarrow that are updated. I'm pretty sure there are #3 pads in the front and back.

Thanks for the comment! I really like the ride of the pro-kit.. I found the H&R was a really stiff ride.

where did you order your kit from the cheapest I've found so far is tirerack for $244.

I actually bought it off a memeber on here for $200..

$244 isnt that bad.. you can also look into ebay..

ride height looks good, u might wanna post some pics of it on straight ground, because from this pic the rear really does look lower...i have that problem since i installed the sound system the rear squated down more....
