umm i pulled my grill off somewhat casue it was coming off, but can ne one help, i mean do i need the grill connectd to the thermometer thing?

and i took off the grill on the other side too match the other side

You dont have to have it connected,but you will loose the temp display on the dash,maybe just pull the sensor from the grill and cable tie it up in behind the bumper?
