I'm considering doing this. Looks pretty cool, imo. Whipped up a quick photoshop.

it looked good on a GL63, but i can't see it in a c-class. the amber corners make it worse i think, but decent PS nonetheless lol

i think it looks cool. if you like it than do it. how do you think it would look on a green 202? i like the blue kind, saw it on a blue 911 once it looked sick. smoke's nice too. what kind of bumper do you have? it looks like an old s-class one. i like it.

Try putting your green 202 in photoshop and see how you like it. My bumper is an old school lorinser bumper. It came with the car. It's funny cuz i thought my bumper was stock and that lorinser made stock bumpers for 202's before I got onto this forum. I've seen other bumpers like mine except it has a cutout for fogs. I would take out that center piece on the bumper but it looks like theres just a huge gap there. I wish mine had a slot for fogs.

Thanks for the comments, guys.

I put the yellow Lamin-X on my Audi 90(no pics sorry) and I like it a lot. I am thinking about doing the smoked covers on the c36. Not sure yet though.

a member has it on his golf, and it looks muuuch better than on a 202, however it does not look bad on the 202, i really cant tell from the ps...it all comes down to doing it in real life and seeing how it goes from there...

HEY! Stop that. And after all the help I gave you in your thread. ;) jk.

I have it on mine, and I love the look. I don't have yellow, however, I have the smoked. I love the way it looks personally. A lot don't like it, but I didn't build the car for them, I built it for me. :)

Here's an old pick of mine with the film.

And here's a pic of a buddy of mine with the yellow film on his 190e race car.

The one thing I'm not sure about, is the two seperate colors up from with the yellow and amber. Other than that, I say do it up. If you don't like it, you can always take it back off.

Don't think im gonna end up doing it. I'd rather keep my amber corners. I spent too long looking for them just to take them off!

did you find a source for them or did you just get lucky on ebay.de?

saw lamin-x on the headlights of a black g35 coupe, it was almost blacked out.

it looked nice. clean, not retarded or trashy, but dark, sinister, with a touch of class.

I got them from knvs. He took them off his 202 before selling it.

Eric

Hold up, I meant the yellow tints on the headlights looked like crap (unless 190E)

The smoked headlights however are hot. If it were my car though i would go with a slightly lighter tint, a lil too dark for me

o and thx for all the help from the past!
