Seat Adjuster Switches Speratically Works.

I have 2000 C280 Sport. On both doors, is a series of 3 switches that control the front seat orientation/position. Obviously the 3 switches on the drivers door control the drivers seat & same for the passenger seat.
Anyways, my problem that I've encountered is that the switches don't always work. Some times they do and sometimes they don't. Can someone give me advice to where to start looking first for a possible solution? Has anyone encountered this problem also?

Hey Tracy,
If you need help removing door panels, bring it by my shop.
Also, I found that door pillar piece for you.

I have a smilar issue. Both the left and right front seats won't work when I first get in the car and then about 10 minutes later start working.

I am barely under Starmark still and I have had the dealer replace the folowing items to correct this issue and it is still occuring:

Left front seat switch-3 times now.

Left and right front door control modules.

I have the exact same problem. Does it work if you start the car again? or just after a few minutes running?

Only after driving for a while, I don't know if it is after I hit a bump or something?

if it doesnt you probably need a new switch. my old one worked a little better after cleaning but a new switch solved it completely

It's not the switch, I checked mine yesterday, and either both seats work, or both don't. Once I've been going for a while, they start to work again.
