well a c230 (00) air bag fit on a c36 amg steering wheel?

well finding a new airbag is close to imposable with out droping 1 grand!!!

92-97 wheels/airbags are interchangable (standard design) the SLK/CLK wheels need matching airbags (with integrated horn buttons) and the Sportline wheels have their own unique airbag as well.

In 1998 the airbag/wheel changed, although they look the same, the way the airbag mounts changed, so a 98 airbag won't fit a 97 wheel and vice-versa.
