Mods needed for an exhaust

Looking at this exhaust

I have a 1998 c280 and i wanted to know if i got this exhaust will i have to modify the bumper. I got the ground effect kits like the sport edition c280 on the 1998 and on.

thats the one i have on my 94 c280! it sounds really good. it sticks out like 3inchs too far though. i had it bolted on instead of welded. not sure if you will have to cut, i didn't
