Hey Omey
Not straight thru, paul (23k) cut one open. It goes into the back chamber, back into the front through a different set of pipes then finally out again to the tips
Also, my piping is 2.75" on my C36, dunno if US spec is different??

You might not get any more out of it. The engine makes torque not h/p. So it needs backpressure, take to much away you might get more h/p but lose the bottom end.

What is the most any of you guys would pay for that exhaust in that condition? I was thinking of picking it up and cutting the tips off..

I'm sorry...I mean cutting and putting the tips on my car. Thats the only good part left on the exhaust...
Do you think the muffler is still good after all these years?
