you will be fine...you might want to run a spacer in the back, because they will be a little sucked ibn, but yes run 225/40

ok wheels are installed, but when i perform a full turn, not a balls to the wall turn but a full turn i hear a thump as if the wheel weights are hitting the upper arm. it is not a rub but a thump. should i just get the shop to rebalance the fronts with sticky weights instead of old school on the inner lip or do i go with spacers? i freakin always run into some kind of problem. where do i get these spacers anyhow and what thickness

38 offset will usually put you pretty close to the inside suspension. i had to run a 5mm H&R spacer to fit ET38 on a W208. it pushed them out for more of an aggresive look too

proven, did you use your aftermarket lugs with the spacers or did you get special extended lugs??

just had a thought, would adjusting the camber fix this? i hadn't got my car aligned yet it is due in tomorrow for lca bushings rods balljoints and finally alignment. also would driving this there about 15 miles hurt? the weight doesnt really rub unless i go over steep drive ways and such.
