Hey all
I have a 96 c220 benz non-amg and I'am looking at some 19" Replica Carlsson. My Question is will they fit my car the the front size is 19X8.5 and the rear 19X9.5 and the bolt pattern 5X112 i dont know what the offset is. The tire size are 235/35 19 in the front and 255/35 19 in the rear. He had them on his CLK430 with spacers. My main question is will they fit my 96 c220 without any problems?
thanks in advance!!

Bryan

I have 19x8.5 and 10 at the rear.
The wheels came with 255/35/19 for the rear set and the right side rubs the gasoline pipe. So I bought a pair of 245/35s they're doing just fine.

for the front tho, is a different story. I have 235/35s with H&R springs and #2 spring pads. It leaves a gap of less than a finger between the tyres and wheel arches. They rub pretty bad when going over bumps while turning. But this depends on how low your car is. I had no rubbing problem when the factory pads were fitted.

hope that helps

they will fit, but find out the offset...235 is too large for the front IMO (225/35 is ideal), and 255/35 is a lil large of a sidewall (255/30 is best)...I would try to get them without the tires.

Thank you both for your responses!!
OCKLASSE I really dont know how this all work as far as size tire/rim . So your saying if I do get the rims and tires I would run into some problems like rubbing/odd looking? Do I would have to buy the correct tire size? My Car is stock lowered.

find out the offset of the wheels (probably around an et35 all around). Buy the wheels without tires (or just sell those old tires) and get 225/35/19 and 255/30/19
