Amber corners / blinkers

I've just landed a set of Amber blinkers from Germany.

Cost me <$30 shipped for the pair. I asked if they had any additional sets and this is what they replied.

We have different nice amber blinker sets on W202, 190 Series, E-Class,S-Class and so on.

If anyone else has an interest let me know. I'll send you the email address to contact them.

So far I'm satisfied. Responsive to email, willing to ship to the US.

I didn't want to post their email directly because I don't have the items yet. In the meantime I'll give it out as requested.

As promised.

I am satisfied with the corners I received. One minor note, they were a 2 pin plug arrangement and I have a 3 pin. However it was simple to swap the plugs from old to new.

It was not a Bosch corner. The quality seems as good as the existing corner. The Bosch has an environment aspiration hole to prevent condensation or fogging. I forgot to check for that on the new one. I can if anyone is interested.

I feel the same way! Amber corners look sick on black 202's. I have them on my white 202. Doesnt look as good :(

Glad you like them. And don't sell your car short. I like the orange against your white.
It's strikingly contrasted and much nicer than the "can't decide should I be orange should I be clear?" stock corners.

Haven't had one issue with them yet.

I was disappointed to learn that they quoted someone else from the forum twice what I paid for them. I don't know if that was for Bosch or not though. Hope so for that price.

I haven't noticed very many 202's with amber corners in the US at all. That's one of the reasons I liked them. Almost all of the older stuff had amber though.

If you keep checking ebay.de their user id is kcigermany.

See if they have any auctions. Their shipping to the US was around $28.

They may be quoting $40 for the pair plus $30 for shipping or something. But if you can steal an auction for like $2 then you're in business.

ordered a set a few days ago. Was quoted 75 bux shipped for the blinkers. Also ordered the amber taillights for 125 shipped. I was given a shipping discount for ordering both and it came to 180.00 shipped. She sent me pics and assured me these were OEM parts. We'll see when i get them i guess.
Just thought i'd share for those interested. Indra (or whoever was in touch with me), was very helpful and replied very quickly to my questions.
I'll let you guys know the quality when i recieve them.

IF you cant tell, i am in the marlboro area. There are a couple NJ meets that happen per year so ill keep you updated with those.

Also thanks for the info on the seller, ill check to see if they have anything up.

Weird how our opinons change from country to country.

For me, Amber corners look dated. Only the very early models had them.

Makes your car look like a 190e - No offensive to you, or 190e owners!
