New defect air mas sensors=?

hi i recently bought a new sensor for my c43 amg,but did not install it yet, i'm not shure but i think i read somewhere on mb forums that bosch mad some bad air mas sensors and sold them as replacement parts is this true=? if that is the case do you know the parts numbers of these bad sensors.once again i'm not shure about this if its true or false:rolleyes:

Just pop it in. Takes 15 minutes. If it doesn't work it should be covered under the warranty.
