CPS was always on the back. the front sensor was for diangostic purposes only, which disappeared after 93.

I took off the front sensor off of my cars after doing any work in the front. its not needed unless you are using the x11 diag socket, its usability died off in the mid 80' and thats totally useless in my opinion. for some reason it stayed on through the early 90's and then MB got rid of it.
