2'pioneer subs with 500rms JBL Amp. Subs have 700W max output and 250rms. And the Amp is 600rms 2ohm

What do you guys think?

Then you wanna make a custom slotted or ported box, is that your only choice on the subs? i would get like 1 P 3.0 MMats Audio sub. Or a 12inch Memphis Audio. and do a sealth install. Thats why im trying to sell my fiberglass enclosure

what model JBL amp has 500watts RMS?

slotted or ported? can tell me a little more about slotted, how does this compare to a ported box?

the difference in a tube type port and a slotted in a slotted port can use the box as the port structure and the port can be longer using channels with in the box and the enclouse can be smaller too... a tube type port can be only so long until you have to use elbows to make the port the right frequency. sometime that can be hard if your using a 4 inch tube. the tube type depending on size has to be a certain length away from the wall for instant
a 4 inch tube has to be 4 inchs from the back of the wall , 3 inch 3 inchs from the wall etc etc so there is no restriction. a slotted box can also be known as a laberyth box meaning tunnels...:cool:
