A really good nitrous system that will work with EFI. Just get a Nitrous Express Import EFI System WET SHOT. 50 shot should work great.

Is that the one you have on your C230k? How easy was the instal And, is that all you have to have to run the nitrous?

The install was extremly easy since it was a dry shot. Its better to go wet which im gonna upgrade soon to. You can run up to a 100shot with stock internals, just make sure your running 93 octane or higher, and make your spark plugs are gapped 2 times colder on a dry shot. It was like installing a amp kit took about 4 hrs.

So, wiht nitrous, I would be fine if I went with Iridium plugs or would the gap need to be adjusted with those plugs?

u r a crazy brit alright. but in case u do want to change exhaust and keep it quiet, get remus exhaust. quiet, sporty, no drone.

that ok i was a bike 5 years prior to getting a car
cars seemed silly compared to a objest with more HP than weight ;)

You could make a CAI, thats not gonna cost much, then you could get a sprint booster, and maybe you could get some sort of chip tuning.

Section 8

thats for your direct response
call me stupid but what is a sprint booster and how do i go about getting one

thanks

Yes, from what I've read, they will fit older w202 models, but the connection is in a different spot. I'm planning on getting one very soon.

weight weight weight... if you really want to get that kind of performance, remove weight. 150-200lbs out of your car will make a world of difference in the way it behaves.

heres a starting list...

- spare tire, tools & jack
- upgrade exhaust system to a much lighter system (this would be a good time to just just a whole new exhaust setup for roughly $350-400 (maybe less maybe more depending on what you want. A good inexpensive cold air intake will help alot too.

DON'T DO NOS!!

Also get a lightweight battery and shed another 30-50lbs.

haven't forgotten about it, wanted to make some adjustments to the pipe and make it even better. Right now priority #1 is the pulley (since its only weeks away from prototype being done) then headers will be next. thanks for the patience guys, I'm trying my best to get all these amazing M104 products to the market but it does take R&D and time to get it done right the first time. thanks

didnt i have a huge argument with you a while ago were you said its dangerous to start taking random weight out of your car without weighing corners etc and adjusting spring rates etc
-and i had basically only suggested what you just said-
it may not have been you but meh???

but yea i totally agree with the weight idea, it actually makes a noticable difference taking out weight- more than youd imagine

I think the M111 is the 4cyl in the C200-230 series. Isn't the 2.8v6 an m112?

well most MBs aren't even close to 50/50 anyways so whats the point. if you had a E36 M3 that would be a different story but its not going to make that much of a difference on our MBs. I don't think it was me but you definitely have a valid point, I agree, but that really only applies to the track and etc.

Um on the line 200 + pounds off your car helps dramaticly..........last time i ran with 2 alpine type x subs, spare tire, 2 alpine 10005 amps, and 1 5f cap...........i lost a whole 2 car lenghts, after i dropped all of that weight i beat that car again by 2 1/2

sorry omey i just did a search and in the post i was arguing with espresso, and you were saying the same as me :D
opp my bad.

but yea shed a few kgs will make a difference to your cars acceleration, maby take the spare wheel out and just run one of those flat tire cans, thats 15-20kg alone
i mean besides how often do ya get a flat tire anyways (touch wood)

AAA is the American Auto Association. They tow your car and other shit when your car breaks down for a low annual fee. They are the reason I feel safe with my spare tire and jack removed.

whoooooooopssss sorry chap lmfao didn't see that you live in UK. i dont think they have AAA over seas. Anywho its Roadside Assistance.

also don't forget to upgrade battery, you can save 40-50lbs if you go do a Odyssey 680 super lightweight dry cell battery. Spare tire, tools & jack = 50lbs exactly. Then theres the exhaust system. you can shave another 30-40lbs by upgrading that with a much more lightweight system.

realistically 150lbs should be easy without making any big sacifices. Anything over that and you have to start making lots of sacrifices which I wouldn't want to make. But still 150 lbs = 15HP, thats a big difference.
