Yes, i know, iv done some searching but like we all know, it never is really the same situation.
Im getting some new rims, 18x8.5 and 18x9.5. Im stuck on tires right now. I was thinking about 235x40 in the front and 255x40 in the rear... Im not concerned with rotating my tires, i just want to know what would fit best, or how big i can go without worrying about too much rubbing. I will be lowering my C36 on eibachs, and i still need to figure out what shocks would be good to go with. Im not looking for an amazing drop, just enough to do maby a little tuck of the tires.

well i have the same wheels size although i went with a 225/40 up front ..i have no rubbing or issues with those size's the wheels they are on are lowerharts LD1 's its lowered with h&r springs with number 1 pads in front. make sure when lowering your car replace the pads which are usually number 4 to number ones. the reason i say this is the fours tend to be a little thick and make the front look to high.

235/40/18 and 255/40/18 will more than likely throw off your speedo.

Thats the same setup I am running on my 36 Mark. Where are you getting the wheels and tires? You know I can hook you up :)

Well maby i need to talk to you. I was thinking about getting these:
http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&ih=005&sspagename=STRK%3AMEWA%3AIT&viewitem=&item=150149800561&rd=1
And then i would just need tires.
I know they arent staying true to the AMG, but i really like the look and the MOMO's i have really just arent that great, they weigh soo dam much.
