Anyone know if you can replace the front flex disc on a
C220 without removing the entire driveshaft?

yes, but the exhaust is in the way

how do we know when these flex discs need to be replaced? In particular, the 722.6 adaptive trans.

have a look at them and see if they are cracked/
i would have thought you would have to at least loosen the front half of the driveshaft(it is in two pieces with a large locking nut in the center) to get the flexy discs out :confused: it isnt that much more work if your geting to that point anyway
