will a 94 c280 water pump fit on a 95 c280? mines leaking and found a person whose parting out a 94 c280? he'll sell it for 60 bucks. will it fit and is that a reasonable price??

Yes it fits. I bought a no name brand for $160 after core trade in, so this is a good deal.

before i install the water pump, do i replace the o-ring on the bottom part of the pump (not thermostat gasket) or do i just reuse the old one?????
