I want to say a very special thanks to Susanto and Scott for doing a very nice professional job on upgrading the stereo system in my 1999 C43. After seeing and hearing the fabulous installation and sound quality in the system that he (Susanto) designed/installed/tuned in his C36 I knew that he was the one that I wanted to do my system. We both have identical sound qualities that we look for in a stereo system and his attention to detail was far greater than any stereo shop that I had been to. He will use only quality tested and proven parts that will last for years without failure. I bought the 1999 C43 in Feb of this year and he brought to my attention little things that I hadnt even noticed about the car.The stereo system sounds great and the installation is immaculate! The sound is crystal clear in low volume/mid volume/high volume and the separation of the instuments is fantastic! Those two guys gave up their weekend to do my system and there arent enough words of praise and thanks to do them justice.

Once again...thanks guys!!

Man, sorry I did not get to meet you Phil but I can tell you that your car and I know each other really well. :D And don't worry, I was only involved in the "monkey see, monkey do" parts of the install. Big thanks to Susanto for giving me the opportunity to be apart of this experience. I learned so many things about the W202 and am comfortable with two Mercedes models now. ;) I did do alot of matting, including a few smaller pieces like the back of the licence plate not shown here, but I would like to show a few pics of the outcome.

What material is that? The stuff you are using for the matting? cost? effectiveness? where to buy? thanks!

Phil:
A few questions:

1. What was the resolve of the drivers side tweeter location regarding the e-brake?/ Or is this a problem at all?
2. Do you hear any rattles what so ever from the outside or inside of the car?
3. Would it be possible to take a picture or two of your trunk showing the amp and sub box? We never took "finished" pics of the system.

1SIKBNZ: This is not "Dynamat", Susanto or pnsji can tell you the name and where to buy.

Sorry, but it is only for store, not for individual customer. You can go to circuit city / best buy to get dynamat.

Please email me if you are interested. Me and Scott can certainly work on your car without a problem. What kind of setup Luwin has on the car? Do you have all the components?

Just email me the details and we can definitely work something out.

No I do not own a shop. I just happend to be the dealer of certain car audio manufactures.

hey Susanto,

as far as applying the dampening material i see that you applied it directly to the paneling it self (except for the ledge area) do you find that to be better than applying it to the actual structure of the car? also what was the reason for removal of the entire ceter console area? (armrest etc...) thanks!!!
