Well i wanted to know what all i need to lower my car. Do i need springs, shocks, and pads or is there a more simple way? thanks.

get in there with a torch and just cut some inches off. dont even need to disassemble.

Really though all you technically need is pads (for very minor adjustment) or just springs. Shocks are deffinatley recommended and in your particular situation (or not) amy be required.

well depends on what you want. just looks or good handling with an agresive look. i have chopped stock springs with #1 pads. but i may be changing to koni springs pretty soon.

well i dont want to lay it on the ground i would just like it to look aggressive and give me a little better handling. any suggestions? thanks

My suggestion is use SEARCH for your needs... :rolleyes:

well sorry i was just looking for sort of a quick answer, like "shocks, pads, springs" or something easy like that.

all i changed was my springs. Gave a decent drop. the rear is very slightly tucked and the front has a about a 1/2 in gap

eibachs, with bilsteins. and whatever pads you want. DO IT NOW,

i bought them used from another member here, 130 bucks, H&R's. I then paid 140 to get them installed

I can sell my used cut OEM springs to someone who wants to have good ride quality and still have their uncut OEM springs on the side just in case.

any intrest ? came off my C230 after I installed Eibach springs.
