exhaust problem

just installed rieger kit and got my car completely painted, however my exhaust pipe is kinked and pointing on the rieger kit. i wanted to know if anyone knew of any ideas of how to deal with this. I dont want to try to bend pipe back in fear of breaking it. i really want to drive this car it looks beatiful, but i do not want to melt the kit, i was thinking of going with magnaflow 14830 but hear that it gets too loud and that a resonator would be needed, does any one have part number for a compatible magnaflow resonator. my exhaust is completely stock. I wanted to get these things ordered tonight if anybody has the info. i will post pics of car its freakin beatiful!!!!!

i know, i dont even want to drive the car home from shop, i might buy some cheesy autozone tips to see if they can poke my exhaust out a bit to tide me over until i buy a muffler, just curious how long driving did it take to effect your bumper? i just spent 4 gs on this thing and dont want to risk it

omeyhomie has recommended to me to use a 22" resonator Part no. is 10436 with my magnaflow 14815. Hope that helps.

By the way, where did u get ur rieger kit and post pics like NOW, lol

i got my kit from amimotorsports, i dont even have the car in my possession yet but you can bet ill post pics as soon as i can, thanks for the info

i just replaced my muffler with a 14833 and was going to do a magnaflow resonator but asked alot of questions before doing it...i asked the person @ buds muffler who has been there forever... he told me if i replace the factory resonator with the magnaflow that the sound would have a better tone but would be louder then the factory one...he also stated that the factory resonator is unrestricted or strait threw so i kept the factory one and as for the over all sound it sounds great but it gets a little agrressive around the 3k range ...i can imagine how much louder it gets with the magna flow one. i didnt want mine really loud but wanted to replace the heavy factory muffler and get a great sound too....
