Loose fan?

Hey guys ive done some searching and havent found a solution but is it normal for the fan in the engine bay to wobble when it spins? If not how is it tightened? The L-key screws are very tight ive just checked that. Cheers.

Looks like you are in need of a water pump, the bearing on the water pump is probably starting to get loose.
