Today I drained and flushed my 2000 c230 kompressor. The hardest part of the entire project was locating and opening the crankcase drain plug. it was located above the oxygen sensor located before the cat converter on the passenger side. I had to remove the oxygen sensor in order to access the drain plug with a socket wrench. I believe the socket was 3/4 mm. You will notice the drain b/c it has a red circle around it. I hope this helps anyone in search of the crankcase drain plug.

Some prefer Saveras's way, some your way Nelson. The point is just to let others who want to do it Saveras way be able to find it in a search.
As for me, all I do is loosen the little red screw under the radiator, stick a hose in the reservoir tank, and let it drain until it comes out clear. But I have a 94, so I don't really care as much as those 99's.
