Where can I dispose 722.6 tranny fluid?

I'va had the MB specific tranny fluid for my wifes 98 C230 for about four months now. Shooting to try and change the fluid this weekend. Got the filter, dipstick, pan gasket and fluid. Got the fluid online. Ya think the local dealer will take the old stuff?

Most autoparts stores will take it. Also. If you have a recycler that picks up your stuff(the garbage collector). NORMALLY if you put it in a 1 gallon milk container they will take it. Call up your garbage collector & ask.

yeah, is i the kind that needs the winshield removed to take out the sunroof panel??

look up post before posting man i said i herd that the windshield might have to be removed. and as far as outher post i wanted to know how outher people mercedes treated them

no, think about what you are saying. Removing the winsheild to to take out an interior piece roughly the size of a notebook? c'mon man that's like removing the trunklid to gain access to the spare.
