Are these rims considered skinny to you guys who have bought new wheels for your 202? They are 17"x8. EuroTech wheels (http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/17-mercedes-benz-c-cl-clk-e-ml-s-sl-slk-amg-wheels-rims_W0QQcmdZViewItemQQcategoryZ43957QQihZ018QQite mZ280159679650QQtcZphoto)

And does anyone know the width of the stock Mercedes wheels that come on most of our cars? Opinions very welcome! Danke.

8" is just fine. Looks like a good price for Brabus V knock off's. I paid that much just to have my Brabus V's refinished and curb rash ground out.

I've been wondering 17's or 18's for a while, IDK 17's look pretty good but 18 look better. still, idk if i would regret getting 17's

I went with 18's, and now I want 19's, hehe. Get at least 18's.

18's will always look better although 17's are more comfy.... what do you prefer?

on 20's, you sacrifice a lot...acceleration, handling, comfort and gas ,mileage. that's just my opinion

the car will drive the best on 17s or with very light/expensive 18s.

I've got the funding to run anything i want and have been on stock 17s much of the summer...

for that matter, i'll sell you my stock 17s (all 5) if you are interested for a real fair price.

ya im with the "go for 18's" crowd. if urs is the sport model then ur stock rims are 16's so you would be paying all that money for only an inch upgrade.

its not really the size that matters much , can pull a 17 or a 18 , just make sure the rear wheels are nice and wide anywhere from 9 to 11 inch, good 3-5 inch lip, strech some tire, moderately lower it, get a full rieger lip kit, and u are good to go

it's interesting how many people love/hate stretched tires
