Mods for C230

Hey guys im new to this site and happy to be part of it. I was just wondering if anyone could tell me what body mods would be good to get for a 97 C230 n/a especially on a tight budget. Oh if people have already asked this please let me know and i will just search for it instead of wasting peoples time.

intake, exhaust and exhaust on a n/a 2.3 sounds like garbage anyways..cause its still a unsupercharged 4 banger...and thats about it..i have the same n/a motor and ive finally come to realize that its not fast...period..no matter what you do , esp on a budget. now when you put $$$$ into turbos and superchargers then yes...or have a beastly c36 or 43, or even a c280...but the n/a 230 is a slow lagging car...good on gas...go for trying to make it look good, not hauling ass.

As far as body mods go, you can do a few things to the 202. Many people have put on different bumpers and lips. Some have roof wings, cf hoods, euro clear corners, side skirts, grill. Some of the cheaper mods on my short list are euro clear corners and avantgarde grill. Try searching a few of these things and see if you get any pix.

oh jesus, im sorry...i thought u were asking about engine mods...sorry...yea new grille, or even paint you existing one, rims a must, tint...covers basics

clear corners, magnaflow exhaust, advantguarde (spelling?) grille, window tint, flat hood emblem....


...nothing is really over $160.

my window tint was around $140 for 30% (legal limit) and the magnaflow is around $150 (without the install)

hope those gave you some decent ideas.

I love the way the front end looks but the stretched tires I don't like and the grill should be blacked out, as for the back, I don't care for the roof spoiler or the wing, a smaller wing would be OK.

I would like that rieger car if the wheels were an inch bigger. It's very unique though
