ASA Wheels

So I might be buying new wheels soon.............I really didn't like these at first but now I can't keep my eyes off them, they have that same look as BBS wheels do and thats why I like them. I know ASA is a Korean company or w/e but I also know that they take after BBS in a lot of areas, after reading a big article about them on Tirerack.......so I was wondering what you guys thought about these.......

they look cheap in person, like they belong on a bad honda

i do think asa is a decent company though- and have had good success using their wheels when i've had them in the past

I think it's the center caps.......................no seriously.

if you get those, get the machined version. the regular painted centers is what makes them look cheap.

they are good wheels... the center caps can't be repalced with mercedes ones...the size is different. the machined lip on mine are kind of scratched up inside the wheel, but I haven't tried buffing it out yet.

I have the ar1's on my car, they're decent for the price. Keep in mind that the center cap may not look exactly like pictured, mine (black wheels) is a big chrome cap that sticks out quite a bit. I'm not sure how it is for the the 18's though.

machined looks better but honestly ASA is a cheap brand and they make VERY heavy wheels.
