I haven't been on this forum for a while now. But i'm starting to check it more often. And it seems like a lot of you are trying to switch to HIDs for your cars. I think it's great. I love bright lights =P that's why i made custom projectors for my car.

if anyone needs help feel free to message me. I've worked with HIDs and i know a fair deal about them. I don't know how much they're going for these days but the guy I get my HID kits from just told me that it's at 180 right now. That's freakin cheap compared to the 300+ kits that i get. No wonder so many people are getting it. haha.

Do i Have To Switch To Projector To In order To Convert To HIDs. Would I be Able To Use My Stock headlights With Them?

You don't have to switch to projector. But it would be a lot better. Most ppl experience glare when they switch to HIDs with the stock halogen housing. I didn't have any glare when i had my stock housings though. And unless you custom your own projectors, the ones sold on ebay are pretty crappy. It'll be brighter if you use your stock headlights with HIDs but again you might blind other people.

i don't trust these ebay HID kits with just 1 year limited warranty. i like my stuff with lifetime warranty. haha so i don't have to worry about them at all.

Hey John,

Do you know if I can swap out the bulbs on those H4s you gave me with any other H4, or because of the "bi-xenon" I need to order special ones. Thanks!

hi brandon. You should be able to swap it out as long as the connectors are the same. What are the new H4s like? they have the halogen bulb instead of the motor?
