what kind of look are you going for ? pads will only lower it maybe a inch if that. i even seen guys go with no pads to get it lower .

Well I really only want to lower it about an inch, or no more than 1.5" because I don't know about some of you guys, but it snows here in Indiana... lol but but thanks for the input, more is welcomed!

Going from thickest to thinest is about 1/2 inch. 22mm is max, 5mm is min. 17mm =1.7cm and 2.54cm/inch, so about 0.5 inches.
Not even worth the time.

Just by changing pads won't do your car any good.
Change your spring and do the pads.

you can get the koni springs at Tirerack for less than $200 including taxes and you can pick the up at the warehouse. i drove my car on march with the 19's on a lil' of snow and it was kind of scary. LOL summer tire + snow = no traction and no braking. on the other side i drive my other car on the winter and the car is way too low and it drives pretty good on the snow, but i did got stuck in the snow close to my house :p there's a downside of everything. LOL

I had Koni's in mind, but i was also looking at H&R's..
Does anyone know what spring has the least amount of bounce and will only lower my car no more than 1.75"?
