offset and lip

hey guys, what offset would fit my car ( c280) and im assuming 8.5 in front and 9.5 in the rear....what i want is small lip in the front and bigger lip in the rear. i dont want my steering radius messed with unless its tighter.

also any suggestions on wheels ranging from 18's - 20's for a decent price?

the setup that i JUST ordered
8.5 offset 32 up front
and
9.5 offset 36 or 38 in the rear.

heard that there was around 1.3' lip at the front and 2.8' lip in the rear. (still have to see them when i head back home this christmas.. )

hmmm is there a way to measure the off set? since i bought mine used the wheels are 8.5 and 9.5 with a 2.5 lip up front and a 3.5 lips in the rear
