19x9.5 rear and 19x8.5 front with a 2.5" lip in the front and a 3.25" rear lip. Front wheels have a 35mm offset and rear wheels have a 40mm offset?
need advise from all the fitment masters out there.

yes...if anything, a 5mm spacer would take care of any potential rubbing.

the wheels i am getting only has 40mm for rear offset. should I go for them already? do i need fender pulling? i do not want to fender pull as much as possible.
Can I still lower the car?

The rear's not the problem. The front is where you'd have to roll and or pull anyway.

brandon,
roll and pull even if fronts are 19x8.5 with 35 offsets only?

Not necessarily. I think at the height you want you won't need to. If you wanted to be low, then yes.
u can also try using 215/35/19 stretch tyres (like Falken) for the front then u get more clearance from fender.
for the rear 235/35/19 for the perfect stretch combo. :D
