Hi guys.,

I plan to get these set of wheels...any comments? they are SEvas S-stars with 19x8.5 front and 19x9.5 rears. 35 front offset and 40 rear offsets. massive LIPS which i love with 2.5 in front and 3.5 and the rears.

below is a picture I got from Bnzsport.com.

What do you figure the drop on this car is? I like how the rears are tucked...do you know who owns this? a member here maybe?

Need to know if fender rolling and/or pulling is necessary to make it sit like the one below with out problems with full radius u-turns.

silver or chrome?

I honestly think either or would look hot...your car dumped on the chrome ones would look just as sweet...

yup they are actually $1600 with shipping...rims only..

Well, thanks for the comments. i will probably get the silver but i really like chrome.

i am set on getting these sevas soon. just a matter of choosing bet silver or chromes. the lips are chromes on any face finish though

chrome is a love/hate thing. i'm for the latter, especially when it comes to wheels :p

One thing in favor of silver...you have contrast to the chrome lip. Will emphasize the lip more-so than all chrome.

But if you like chrome, then that's what matters.

go with the chrome. not only will you get a good look, the chrome is over all better for holding up the looks and will never dull like painted or polish wheels.

The wheels are coming in a week or 2. I am excited to see them in person and get them to Discount Tires for some Falken 452s

any suggestion on the tire sizes?
any suggestion on the lowering kit once i use these wheels.?
do i need to use spacers?

one last, would these fit on the new c350s? my wife plans to get that car and maybe later on if I plan to get new shoes for the 202 I can put these Sevas on the C350 or alternate them.

1. You MIGHT need spacers in the rear, but I highly, highly doubt it (and if you do, just a 5mm).

2. Yes, they should fit perfectly on the W204.

Front 225/25/19 (to clear the front fender)
Rear 235/35/19 or 245/35/19 (if u want stretch tyre)
but on 40 offset u prob can go clear with 265/30/19.

Lowering kit: Eibach Sportline.

without spacer is fine but for better looks a 5mm to 10mm spacer would be nice.

515,

spacers 5mm or 10mm at the rears only?

notty800

wat would be the effect if i do without spacers, if i put 5mm and if i put 10 spacers.

which one will give the best overall appearance and performance to the w202 (mine is 2000 c230 kompressor)?

515,

wait did you say 225/25/19 in front or you meant 225/30 /19?

re. the 265/30/19...will this still tuck in the rear if i use 10mm spacers given i have 40 offsets?

he men 225/30

40mm offset is going to put the wheel closer to the car, a lower offset makes the wheels stick out more. So if the wheels are 40mm and you slap on a 10mm spacer you will have a 30mm offseted wheel, I think you would have to run a 245

245/35/19s rear? won't 265/30/19 fit with 10mm spacers in the rea?

is the 10mm better than putting 5mm?

if 5mm is used what size of tires should be put on the rims to be able to tuck them in?

i have 19x9.5 et40mm with 265 rubber currently. I also have a 5mm spacer and the ending offset is 35mm. My car is lowered and my fenders are rolled, i still had to dremel out part of the lower inner fender. It still rubs

edit: my car also tucks in the rear you cant see any rubber with a full tank

so 10mm should solve it if ever? by the way wat does dremel out the fender mean?

hope you can post some pics of the car to show the drop and the wheels

a 10mm spacer would make it rub worse, it would be best to run no spacer but then you wont get your VIP look you want becase the wheel will not be flush with the fender

with the 5mm spacer that makes it 35mmoffset right? so with this, does it still rub? inner fender or outer one?

hope you can show me some pictures of your ride on 19s. appreciate it.

You can...it might look stupid...just keep in non-staggered. You can rotate tires that way!

Jnolte,

can you please post a picture of your ride with 19s.

OcKlasse,

Hope you don't mind posting some pics of your 245/35/19s rear (sideview shot and a rear view shot) I want to see how thin the sidewalls are on those and how wide they would look like from the rear as well.

appreciate it. thanks to all
