I just moved from a warm environment to a seasonal one, which has colder winters, etc. Perhaps this is normal and something I haven't seen since it was too warm, but peace of mind is what I'm hoping for.
When it's about 40-degrees F or less, and I start the car to drive from cold (sitting overnight), it has a "rattle" in the drivetrain ONLY when Drive is selected. If the car is in Reverse or Park, there is no strange sound. Once the car warms from driving around the sound disappears. basically, if I'm stopped at a light with the brake on I hear the sound, if I go to reverse nothing, park nothing. Any thoughts?
